To our Valued Customers and Team Members:
 
There is nothing more important than the safety of our customers, suppliers, and team members.  The steps that we are taking to ensure the safety, health, and well-being of our customers, suppliers and team members are our number one priority. We have implemented additional procedures and ramped up our cleaning efforts in all facilities. Supplemental to our standard daily cleaning of stores, each one of our sanitary vendors has been contacted and instructed to begin using hospital-grade disinfectants in high-traffic areas EVERY NIGHT. Our vendors will be delivering extra hand sanitizer and disposable sanitizing wipes when they have them available. Employees will NOT be expected to shake the hands of customers, vendors, or other associates. If you chose to do so, please kindly address the other party. We would also like to reiterate that, to date, we are not aware of any known Coronavirus cases among our staff, or our customer base that has patronized any of our establishments in the recent past. With that said, I’d like to convey the following precautions that we are taking.
  • Employees are encouraged to wipe down steering wheels, shifters, radios and other “touch” areas of vehicles after test drives and demos.
  • Service departments will be immediately ordering steering wheel covers.
  • Employees are encouraged to wipe down all equipment/machinery after each use.
  • Employees are encouraged to leave any building door that can be left open, open, in an effort to reduce the amount of contact that occurs on knobs and handles.
  • Employees are encouraged to PUT AWAY communal candy bowls/jars.
  • Employees are encouraged to wipe down each time they use communal coffee machines, water fridges, lunchroom fridges, and tables.
  • Employees are subject to be sent home by their GM and instructed to seek medical attention if they are displaying symptoms. 

So, as you can see, we are taking every precaution to keep our facilities safe and sanitary during this difficult time. You should have confidence that our facilities are adequately prepared, and we will do all that we can to maintain a safe environment to conduct business. Our plan is to remain open and operating until such time as we are compelled to do otherwise.
