Ciocca Subaru is seeking a team player entrepreneurial-minded individual who loves the art of selling and wants to be part of our growing retail automotive Internet sales team. Dealership retail automotive experience is preferred, however not required, will consider individual with extensive retail sales background with no previous retail automotive sales experience. Must be personable, enthusiastic and articulate in presentation on the phone and in person. As an Internet Sales Consultant, you'll be responsible for managing sales lead activities through our CRM Tool.

• Must be customer oriented, creating a positive customer experience at the point of sale and post-sale.
• Manage Internet Sales leads and convert to appointment showroom visits.
• Answer customer inquiries by chat, email, text and phone including product details and availability.
• CRM management including follow-up and appointment setting.
• Set and monitor individual sales performance goals, monitor and report weekly and monthly.

Requirements:

Must have experience and a proven sales track record in the online space and be able to multi-task. Experience in retail automotive is preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills are a must. Computer, Phone, Internet, Mobile, and CRM use is critical to day-to-day operations. Must have a valid PA Driver's License and maintain an acceptable and safe driving record. Spanish speaking is a plus. Flexibility in work schedule to include nights and weekends.

Required education:

• High school or equivalent
• Automotive Internet Sales: 2 years
• Drivers License

*Hourly pay plus Bonus compensation. Must be open to Nights and Saturdays **Must have at least 2+ years experience in Automotive Internet Department

Salary: $12.00-$13.00 /hour plus bonus
